Semi-Horizontal Lines

This would be important to use in the Market Profile charts.

An "semi-horizontal line" which would have an starting point (in time) and

would continue to infinite and always show the value on the

vertical/price axis. Maybe another variation of this would be an

semi-horizontal line that have an start and ending point but with the

ability to show/not show in the vertical/price axis (within the options)
