Add OKEX futures to ATAS

Hello ATAS team and users,

Would you please add OKEX futures to ATAS in the future? OKEX quarterly futures have some good liquidity, not as good as Bitmex, but still good enough to provide decent trading opportunities. 

Add OKEX futures can benefit users who trade them, as well as other users who trade on other exchanges as well. For example, users that trade on Bitmex or Binance can also open and look on OKEX futures DOMs to find and exploit lead-lag relationships on price movement.

ATAS Beta is a great product, I've been trying it for a week. Even though it is not perfect, I'm still looking forward to future improvements. Honestly I'm willing to buy the alpha version of ATAS when it comes out.
