Cluster Search

In the current update of the platform (since version 5.7.2), the calculations of the indicator have changed. More details about the changes in the video.

This indicator allows locating the large-volume inflows in clusters. It contains a lot of settings, providing great flexibility in the parameters selection.

Calculation Mode –selection of a calculated value. Six calculation options are available:

  • Bid
  • Ask
  • Delta
  • Volume
  • Ticks
  • Time

Maximum/Minimum Value – manual filter setting.

1.1.Additional Delta Filter

Bid Ask Imbalance, % ‑this option calculates percent of Asks and Bids.

For example, the total volume at 1000 lot level has 300 Asks and 700 Bids. Percent of Asks is 30, percent of Bids is 70. If this parameter is positive, we have Ask percent filtering. Percent of asks obtained should be greater than the number entered, i.e., if the parameter in this example is equal to 40, the level is highlighted.

If this parameter is negative, we calculate by the percent of Bids in a similar way.

Delta Filter ‑ may be both positive and negative, zero value disables the option.

2.Additional Filters

Bars Range –parameters that allow combining consecutive bars in one level. If the level obtained meets the filtering conditions, it is highlighted.

Candle Direction – three display options are available:

  • Bearich
  • Bullish
  • Any

Maximum/Minimum Average Trade –filter by average trade value (Average Trade Volume = Cluster Volume at the given price / Number of trades at this price)

Only One Selection Per Bar ‑if 2 display conditions are located in the current bar, only the maximum level is displayed when this option is enabled.

Pips from High/Low ‑the distance from maximum and minimum of candle to the selected level.

IMPORTANT! Very volatile instruments require the increase of the following settings to ensure the indicator works correctly:

Price Location ‑ sixdisplay options are available:

  • At High
  • At Low
  • Any
  • Upper Wick
  • Lower Wick
  • At High or Low

Price Range ‑parameters that allow combining of consecutive prices in one range. If the level obtained meets the filtering conditions, it is highlighted.

Cluster Selection Transparency ‑transparency of selected elements in clusters.

Color– color display setting of large volume.

Fixed Sizes ‑when this option is enabled, all large volumes are of the same size.

Maximum/Minimum Size ‑parameters that allow limiting the size of selections.

Size ‑selection standard size.

Visual Mode ‑display mode of selected areas. Five options are available:

  • Elipse
  • Triangle
  • Rectangle
  • Diamond
  • Only Price

Visual Objects Transparency ‑transparency setting for visual elements.

Alert File –selection of the alert file.

BackGround‑color background setting in the alert window.

Use Alerts ‑alert is ON.

Time Filtration

Use Time Filter ‑using this filter, you can set up data display for a certain time interval per each day (for example, set several indicators with different search settings for different time intervals, one ‑ for the afternoon session, the other – for the night session, etc. That makes sense since liquidity is changeable during the day and the significant cumulative level is changeable either).

Time From/Time to –setting of the time period within which liquidity is to be monitored.
