There are several ways available to scroll the chart left or right:
- use scroll wheel of your mouse
- left mouse click and hold the char, dragging it leftwards or rightwards
- Page Up/Page Down buttons
To change horizontal scaling left click and hold the time scale at the bottom of the chart, dragging it leftwards or rightwards. To change horizontal scaling, you can use scroll wheel of your mouse while holding Ctrl button.
To change vertical scaling, left click and hold the price scale, dragging it up or down.
If you changed vertical scaling manually, your chart can be moved up od down. In order to do this, left click and hold the chart, dragging it up or down.
To bring chart back to the current bar, click button at the top right corner of the chart. To cancel your manually changed vertical scaling and to bring it back to default , click button at the top of the price scale.
In order to quickly measure the number of bars, click and hold mouse scroll wheel (middle button) at the starting bar on your chart and drag to the ending bar .This will also show the delta, volume and price range of the selected bars range.
BackGround – color of the background of the chart
Crosshair – color of the mouse crosshair
Indicator's Labels Color – color of the indicator's labels
Price Line Color – color of the current price line
Grid Color – color of the vertical and the horizontal grid lines
Show Horizontal/Vertical Grid option – allows to make grid lines visible or invisible
Custom Horizontal/Vertical Grid Step – allows to set grid step manually
Axis Color – background color of price and the time scales
Axis Text Color – text color of price and the time scales
Current price Color Background/Foreground – current price color settings
Candles border – allows you to choose candle outline color
Candles border width – allows to change candle outline widths
Draw candle border – turn this function on/off for candle outlines
Up/Down Bar Color – allows to set a color for Up Bars & for Down Bars
Bar width – change width of the bars (works with the bars mode – click on mode tab at the upper left corner of the chart and choose bars)
Show Open/Close – allows to visualise/hide open/close of the bars (works in bars mode)
Histogram Color – allows to change histogram color for volume or trades histograms Histogram, also known as Market Profile, will appear by default on any chart you open on the left. To change type of the Histogram or hide it click on HVol tab at the top of your chart and you will see possible options.
Ask Color – color of ASKs on the histogram
Bid Color – color of BIDs on the histogram
Extend Value Area Lines – allows to extend VAH & VAL lines
Value Area – color of Value Area Lines
Text Color – color of the text within histograms
Session Begin/End – allows to set the beginning and the ending point of your trading session manually.
Use Custom Session Time – when set to AMT parameters specified in Session Begin/End will be used. No other bars will be displayed outside of the specified time interval.
Auto Transform Candles to Clusters – when checked, allows to automatically transform candles to clusters when increasing candles' width.
Auto Transform Horizontal Lines – allows to automatically transform horizontal lines into wide horizontal lines when used on Cluster Charts.
Crosshair Price Border Mode – changes visual representation of Crosshair. Useful on Cluster Charts. Put a check mark there and see the difference :)
Smoothing – check/uncheck this option and see the difference in visual representation of the chart objects.
Scale option allows to "squeeze" or combine two or more consecutive clusters into one. This option might be useful for volatile instruments with a small default tick value.
Scale box– specifies how many minimum tick values will be combined.
Scale by lower level parameter – slightly changes the mode of scaling (play with it to see the difference)
Scale=1(no scaling by default) Scale=2
Chart Time Frame
Use preset time frame of your choice or click Configure. More information here
Click on the Mode tab at the top left corner of your chart, and select a chart type of your choice from Bars to Market Profile.
- Market Profile is a daily chart in a histogram form.
- Clusters – if you choose clusters type of the chart, a vertical panel designed to control cluster settings will appear along the left side of the chart.
On the picture above you can see volume calculated for every price level in the bars. Use the vertical cluster settings panel to setup your cluster chart in accordance with your trading needs.
Altogether, there are 23 different layouts of clusters available!

Main Color – color of clusters by default
Border color by direction – with this option borders of clusters could be painted according to direction
Show Direction Marker – showing direction marker of candels in the cluster
Show Value Area – showing Value Area in the clusters
Show Text – shows or hides text in clusters
Auto Size – auto size of text
Font Size – works only if Auto Size option is turned off
Width to show text – minimum width of cluster that shows text
Maximum Volume Color – color of maximum volume in cluster
Maximum Volume Type – type of measuring maximum volume
Bold Text – using bold text to display maximum volume
There are several types of Volume profile histograms (from Volume to Icebergs) could be built using preset or manually chosen time intervals.
Profile parameters are changed in the menu item Horizontal Volumes (HVol / Gist)
Types of profiles: volume, trades, bid-ask, Delta, Icebergs
Hide: removes light from the chart
Gradient: saturation histogram bars depends on the value
Pricing information: displays the numerical values of the histogram on the horizontal line of the cross-hairs
Value Area: displaying 70 % of area of the maximum volume histograms (VAL, VAH)

In order to choose a time interval manually, use buttons at the top of your chart. With a help of these buttons you can set the beginning and the endpoint of your own time interval. As you click on the end point button , a vertical line will appear on your chart. That will be the end point of your time interval. Move it slightly to the right and click on the beginning point button so that the beginning point vertical line would appear on your chart as well. Use the endand the beginning point lines to manually select a time interval of your choice for market profile histogram. In order to move or delete the line make sure that it's active (when active there are 3 little boxes on the line). To activate/deactivate double click on it.
If you decide to use only the end point line your market profile histogram will be built for the time interval starting from the first bar on the chart through the end point line.If you decide to use only the beginning point line your market profile histogram will be built for the time interval starting from the beginning point line through the current (rightmost) bar of your chart.
To delete the vertical line(s) activate it(them) and press del button on your keyboard.
To create a linked window, click on the button at the top of your chart and create a linked window out of 3 available there (Tick Cluster, Tape, Spread Tape).
As soon as at least one linked window is created, the Linked Window Mode tab (button) will appear at the top of your chart. Use it to switch between Real Time & Historical Mode.
If you choose the Real Time Mode, you will see the real time data on your linked window.
Historical Mode allows to view market data in the past. You have to create a historical range on the chart for which you want to display data in the linked window. First mouse click on the chart creates the beginning point of the range, while the second mouse click creates the end point.
Color settings and Templates
Color settings (Snapshots) include all the colors of the chart settings.
Templates (Templates) include color settings of graphics, all the graphic objects on the chart, indicators.
To put any chart object on your chart you have to either select it from the list or use the hot keys.
To remove, double click on it and press delete button on your keyboard or right-click and choose Remove.
To change settings, double click and then right click on it.
Allows to measure the number of bars, time, price distance, and delta within a selected interval.
The feature allows to build market profile (Volume, Trades, Time, Delta, Positive Delta, Negative Delta, Bid, Ask type) for a selected interval.
Chart strategies - the module is created for automatic trading, the parameters of which can be set using the platform API. You can find more information about APIs and strategies here
To add a strategy in the platform, the file must be placed in the Strategies folder, by default it is located in C:\Users\Username\Documents\ATAS\Strategies, after start the platform.
To add a strategy to the chart, you need to open a strategy settings window, on the screenshot above it is indicated by the arrow, select a strategy, and click the add button.
