How is the Delta in the DOM Power Indicator Calculated?

The blue range (the delta) in the indicator is the range of changes of the amount of bids and the amount of asks. That is, the difference between the amount of asks and the amount of bids is taken, and this indicator changes during the formation of the bar; the range displays the maximum and the minimum values of this indicator.
