The payment is done, but I haven’t received ATAS access information by email! What shall I do?
No need to worry!
You will receive an email notifying of successful payment automatically after the transfer confirmation. If electronic payment systems were used, the payment is usually received within one minute after the payment.
If you use a bank transfer, the payment is usually credited within 1-5 banking days. An email, which confirms the payment, will be sent as soon as the money are credited to the account. Please, consider this when purchasing or renewing your license.
