How can I request a refund?
A refund is possible within 14 days after the purchase of the first ATAS license. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the platform, we will fully refund your money in the amount of 100% of the amount of your payment.
To request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, please write to us at support@atas.net from the email address you purchased the license for. In the letter, please say that you want to return the funds for a specific reason and indicate it.
IMPORTANT: unfortunately, we won't be able to refund you if this is not the first purchase of a license or if more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
