How can I request a refund?

To request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, please contact us at support@atas.net from the email address you purchased the license for. In the letter, please say that you want to return the funds for a specific reason and indicate it.


According to the licensing agreement, you can stop using the software and reach out to the Provider for a refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial payment to the Provider (your first software purchase).


Please note that refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase.
