Is there any filter to highlight bar direction/delta?

You can use Cluster Search, merging adjacent prices in the same bar. E.g. you can set the range so that any bar on your chart will have range equal or less than this range. After that you just set your filter to the delta of the whole bar. You can even set it separately for bullish and bearish bars, using different shapes and colors to distinguish between them
